About the Role:

IYKONS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies to drive quality excellence across our software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for complex software applications
Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices across development teams
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior QA team members
Execute manual testing across web and mobile platforms, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT
Develop and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using industry standard tools
Perform comprehensive API testing and backend system validation to ensure data integrity
Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
Partner closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLO
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and methodologies
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities
Identify and implement test automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Validate data integrity, security protocols, and system performance across all applications
Test integration points with external systems and third-party platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing
Demonstrated proficiency in both manual and automated testing approaches
Proven track record of working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Advanced skills in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or equivalent)
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies (Postman, REST Assured, SoapU)
Working knowledge of CVCD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL query optimization
Familiarity with defect tracking and lest management systems
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Performance and load testing experience
Bachelor's" degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technoingy, or related techni can field preferred
