Associate / Mobile Developer (iOS & Android Cross-Platform) 

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Type: Full-time or Contract - Hybrid

About Us: Thrive360 is seeking an Associate Mobile Developer to join our team and build high-quality, performant applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role is crucial for delivering a seamless mobile experience to our users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
• UI/UX Implementation: Work with our design team to translate mockups into functional, responsive mobile UIs.
• API Integration: Connect mobile applications to backend APIs to ensure proper data flow.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Research: Research new mobile technologies and development tools.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on development, using Git for version control and issue tracking tools for task management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of proven experience as a Mobile Developer.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in a cross-platform framework, preferably Flutter or React Native.
• Experience building and publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Knowledge of native development (Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile development best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Experience working with issue tracking tools.
