Associate / Full-Stack Developer (Frontend Specialist)

About Us: Thrive360 is looking for a creative and skilled Associate Full-Stack Developer to specialize in frontend development for our innovative product platforms. This role is a great opportunity to work on highly visible projects and contribute to a fast-paced development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain user-facing features using Next.js and React.js.
• Full-Stack Contribution: Work on the backend using Node.js and NestJS as needed, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend.
• Database Interaction: Write and optimize database queries for MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Tooling & Research: Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and contribute to research on new tools and frameworks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the tech lead and other developers to build high-quality, scalable applications.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a go-to person for on-call support and critical issue resolution.
• Strategic Research: Research new technologies and tools (e.g., caching with Redis, ORM tools like Prisma, etc) to enhance the platform's performance and functionality.
• Proposal & Research: Contribute to technical proposals and research for future projects.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance and memory usage.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the tech lead and other developers using issue tracking and version control systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub).

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of backend concepts, including Node.js and NestJS.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with caching mechanisms and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with issue tracking tools.
