Join us as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing clear documentation, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. You will facilitate effective communication across teams, identify process improvement opportunities, and support solution design and testing to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation techniques
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar for documentation and workflow design
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• In-depth knowledge of banking and finance processes is an added advantage
