Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recruitment & selection process
- Preparing HR documents
- Maintain records and databases of employee information
- Organize employee welfare activities and events
- Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
- Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when necessary
Minimum Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in HR Functions and People Management.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, in particular)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
