What You’ll Do as a Associate - UI/UX Designer

• Support the design team in creating visuals across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Assist in designing user interfaces that are both intuitive and user-centered.
• Contribute to the creation of graphics and marketing assets aligned with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to help bring creative ideas to life.
• Participate in design QA and help ensure visual consistency across different devices.
• Learn and support the development of logos and branding elements for clients.
• Help maintain visual standards across all design touchpoints.
• Stay curious and contribute fresh ideas in team brainstorming sessions.
• Apply basic design thinking and user research insights under mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for UI/UX and a strong desire to grow in the creative design field.
• A portfolio (academic or personal) that shows your design potential and creativity.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized while working on multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and an eagerness to explore creative solutions.
• Bonus: Interest or basic knowledge in motion graphics or video editing.
