Role Overview:

Are you an experienced QA professional with a passion for automation, performance testing, and building scalable test frameworks? We're seeking a QA Lead to drive test strategy, champion quality engineering best practices, and lead high-performing QA teams across cloud-native and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web & mobile platforms.
• Automate API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and contract testing tools.
• Perform penetration and security testing ensuring compliance with ISO and GDPR standards.
• Manage test data, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis of test failures.
• Lead and mentor QA teams, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, developers, and product teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in QA, automation, and performance testing.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and cloud-based test environments.
• Proficiency in CI/CD integration and DevOps testing practices.
• Experience in mobile/web testing across diverse devices and platforms.
• Skilled in debugging, log analysis, and performance tuning.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
