Functional Consultant /Associate Functional Consultant

As part of our dynamic and growing functional team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with world-class cloud ERP solutions, working with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. This is your opportunity to grow into a well-rounded professional while playing a key role in driving digital transformation across industries.

Location: Sri Lanka (Onsite)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in BBA, BSc, Higher Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Business Analyst working with any ERP solution.
• Prior experience in implementing or supporting ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a proactive, can-do mindset.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
