Are you a strategic leader with a passion for supplier performance and remote team management?

Join our fast-growing UK-based company as a Supply Lead, where you’ll manage supplier relationships, drive service excellence, and lead remote teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls and digital communications (email/WhatsApp)
• Onboard and manage suppliers
• Lead a remote supply team
• Implement governance and compliance frameworks
• Manage supplier performance and risk
• Facilitate review meetings and improvements
• Resolve complaints in collaboration with internal teams
• Monitor customer experience and supplier impact
• Take disciplinary action where needed
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and value

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in supply chain or vendor management
• Experience managing suppliers and remote teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident with KPIs, reviews, and stakeholder engagement

Bonus: Experience with incentive programmes and supplier metrics
