We are seeking an individual who can lead and scale the business analytics function translate raw data into strategic insights, drive intelligent decision-making, and enhance business performance across functional areas.

The individual will also manage analytics projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders in product, finance, marketing, and operations

Key Responsibilities

• Analytics & Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies supporting business and financial planning.
  • Build models for forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Reporting & Business Intelligence
  • Lead design and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools using SQl and Bl platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power Bi, Looker).
  • Ensure data pipelines are reliable, well-governed, and meet reporting standards.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, setting Kis and development plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and drive data-driven initiatives.
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain data collection standards and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Implement and monitor data governance best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in analytics or Bi roles-hands-on with data strategy, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Bachelors in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and major BI tools (Tableau, Power Bi, Looker)
