Senior Business Analyst - Team Lead & Al Champion

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Office Based)

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and evolve our BA function as we scale. You'll drive faster, sharper outputs, from proposals to solution designs, while embedding Al-first thinking, modern tools, and practical standards across the team.

This is a role for a builder, not a corporate operator, but a hands-on leader who rolls up their sleeves and thrives in a fast-growing, evolving company.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in business analysis, including leadership or mentoring experience
• A hands-on approach you lead by doing and solving, not delegating alone
• Experience delivering polished, client-facing outputs under time pressure
• Proven use of GenAl tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in real workflows
• Strong grasp of tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Lucidchart
• Experience in IT services or digital products, working with global clients
• Exposure to solution architecture, UX, or low-code platforms
• Comfortable running enablement sessions or coaching others
