Key Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues via ticketing systems with clear communication and documentation.
• Troubleshoot applications, systems, databases, and network-related problems.
• Collaborate with global teams to diagnose and escalate bugs with detailed evidence.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases; contribute to deployments and testing.
• Use tools like Git for version control and stay current with system architecture.
• Drive process improvements and actively contribute to team discussions.

Required Qualifications

• University degree (BSc.), preferably in a technical field.
• General computer science knowledge.
• Experience in using a ticketing system, Git version control would be a plus.
• High-level understanding of network protocols, databases, backend and frontend technology.
• Proficient in English (working language); other languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for user support.
• Skilled in technical problem-solving and self-learning new tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on clear documentation.
• Experience. collaborating with multinational teams.
