Key Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of Generative Al features -from feasibility and model selection to production and monitoring
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, and vector search
• Build prompts. function calls and agent workflows using Semantic Kernel or LangChain
• Integrate Azure OpenAl Al Search or other LLMs into REST/GraphQL-based microservices.
• Establish MLOps practices Docker, C/CD. testing observallity, and cost optimization
• Moritor and improve KPIs (accuracy, latency, Hallucinations) via A/B testing and experiments
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Create documentation and lead Knowledge sharing for technical ond non technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in ML/NLP, including 1 + year with LLMs or Generative Al
• Proficient in C#, Python, or Node js.
• Proven experience deploying Al solutions to production.
• Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and PEFT
• Hands-on with Semantic Kernel or LangChain, and vector DBs (e.g. Azure Al Search, Pinecone)
• Familiar with cloud Al stocks (Azure preferred, AWS/COP a plus). Solid in Git, deston patterns, containers. Agile
• Excellent problem-solving and communication: Ruerit in English

Preferred:

• Experience with IDP tools (e.g. Azure Form Recognizer Layoutlm Opencv
• Understanding of responsible Al moderation, privacy bias mitigation)
• Deployed chatbots/assistants to Teams, Slack, or web
• Contributions to open-source GenAI of published research
