We're Hiring: IT Assistant (with Designing Skills)
Location: Sigiriana Resort by Thilanka – Dambulla
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a creative eye for design?
Join our dynamic team at Sigiriana Resort by Thilanka as an IT Assistant!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel IT infrastructure (network, systems, CCTV, etc.)
- Provide technical support for software and hardware issues
- Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc.)
- Assist with website updates and digital content
- Support day-to-day digital operations and guest tech support
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in IT or a related field
- Proven experience in graphic designing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in website management (WordPress or similar)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Added Advantages:
- Video editing knowledge
- Experience in hospitality industry IT systems
- Knowledge in social media content creation
