Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your IT career? Phoenix Industries is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Intern to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users – hardware, software & network troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems & peripherals
• Monitor IT inventory and assist with hardware/software procurement
• Support employees with IT-related training and best practices
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT support
• Exposure to Windows Server Technologies
• Ensure system performance and data security

Requirements:

• Degree / Undergraduate in IT or a related field
• Passion for helpdesk or technical support
• Familiarity with Windows and other OS
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Network, Security, or Microsoft certifications (an added advantage)
• Candidates residing near Makandura (Pannala) are highly encouraged to apply
