We're looking for an experienced developer to join our small, collaborative team working on custom software solutions for the contact center and customer experience space. Our projects often involve building bespoke tools and integrations (for example, middleware control panels or advanced dashboards) to enhance platforms like Genesys Cloud.

You'll need to be able to:

• Quickly understand business problems and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and proactively — we value developers who can discuss requirements with stakeholders, not just code.
• Work independently and manage your own tasks, while also collaborating closely in a small, agile team.

About you:

• Strong background in backend or full-stack development (language/framework flexible, but we often work with Python, Node, .NET, or similar).
• Solid grasp of APIs, integration patterns, and data handling.
• Experience building secure, reliable applications.
• Comfortable in a remote environment with clear written and verbal communication.
• We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building tailored solutions, and working directly with technical consultants to deliver outcomes that make a real impact.
