AI Solutions Engineer

Are you passionate about translating complex AI concepts into practical, impactful solutions? We're seeking a dynamic AI Solutions Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI models and real-world business challenges. You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solution designs.
• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, leveraging various AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.
• Implement, integrate, and deploy AI models into production environments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI capabilities and limitations.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in an AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or similar client-facing technical role. Candidates with 3+ years of experience are also highly encouraged to apply for senior roles.
• Strong understanding of various AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms for AI development and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with API development for AI model integration.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
