Data Engineer

Are you a wizard at building robust and scalable data pipelines? We're searching for an experienced Data Engineer with 1-3 years of expertise to strengthen our data infrastructure team. You'll be instrumental in designing, constructing, and maintaining the systems that power our analytics and AI initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for various data sources (structured and unstructured).
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Optimize data models and database schemas for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and AI engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement data governance policies and best practices.
• Monitor data pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data availability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a similar role.Candidates with 3+ years of experience are also highly encouraged to apply for senior roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java for data manipulation.
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with MLOps or data governance frameworks.
