AI Engineer (Prompt Engineering)

Are you fascinated by the power of large language models and eager to shape their intelligence? We're looking for a skilled AI Engineer specializing in Prompt Engineering with 1-3 years of experience to join our innovative AI team! You'll play a crucial role in developing, testing, and optimizing prompts to unlock the full potential of AI models for various applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and refine prompts for various large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs.
• Conduct experimentation and A/B testing on prompts to optimize performance, accuracy, and relevance.
• Analyze model responses and iterate on prompts to improve AI behavior and reduce biases.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions.
• Document prompt design principles, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in prompt engineering, LLMs, and natural language processing (NLP).

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, particularly with LLMs or NLP.Candidates with 3+ years of experience are also highly encouraged to apply for senior roles.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with various LLM architectures and their capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to articulate complex prompt designs and outcomes.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with MLOps practices or prompt management tools.
• Knowledge of different prompt optimization strategies (e.g., few-shot, chain-of-thought).
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
