Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Huawei using Terraform and Ansible.
• Lead Docker and Kubernetes adoption for containerized, scalable deployments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, builds, and deployments
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure with compliance to PCI DSS and GDPR
• Set up and optimize monitoring. logging, and alerting systems (e.g..Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Drive system performance optimization and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to streamline release processes.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and establish DevOps best practices within the team.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and help plan future scalability efforts.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer, ideally in FinTech or SaaS.
• Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD platforms (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, CP, Huawei) and hybrid cloud models.
• Familiarity with system security, compliance and IAM principles.
• Strong skills in monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
• Excellent scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Leadership ability with a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking.
