Detailed JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong technical expertise and deep understanding of mining operations would be a plus. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between raw data and business decisions, creating powerful insights that drive operational improvements and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Create and manage complex SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and loading for enterprise data warehouses (DWH).
• Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards, including semantic model design.
• Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and operational opportunities.
• Apply predictive analytics and modeling techniques to support business forecasting and optimization.
• Translate technical data into compelling stories and visualizations that inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in BI, data analysis, or a related technical field.
• Good experience with ETL architecture and Azure is preferred
• SQL (advanced level), experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Proficiency in Fabric/Power BI and semantic model design (advanced level).
• Experience in the mining industry or with mining-related processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical and predictive modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities; ability to explain complex insights clearly.
