Must have: Strong in SAP CPI with good production support experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills is important as he/she needs to interact with business, multi-vendor team.

Experience level: Minimum 5 years

• This slot is to assist with CPI production support and helping to monitor and provide L1 feedback for issues to the business and L2 teams.
• Additionally, their role will be to assist with KT and support of the existing AO workload (once defined) and the future integrations as we transition to cover all of CPI.
• Project implementation experience in SAP-CPI
• Good Knowledge in System Integration   principles.
• Interface/Integration design and implementation
• CPI interfaces Monitoring and administration experience
• Self-Starter
