Job Title: Senior ML Engineer (Remote, Sri Lanka)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ML Engineer with a strong full-stack development background to join our dynamic and innovative remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge features for our generative AI applications, leveraging advanced tools and frameworks such as LLM, LangChain, AWS, GCP, Hugging Face, Google Colab, and the OpenAI API.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs using FastAPI or Node.js.
• Build responsive frontends with React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
• Integrate and work with LLM API providers (OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic, Bedrock).
• Perform LLM fine-tuning to improve model performance.
• Manage and utilize Vector databases for optimal data storage and retrieval.

• Proven experience in API development with FastAPI or Node.js.
• Proficiency in Frontend Development using React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
• Experience working with LLM APIs and providers like OpenAI, Groq, and Anthropic.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Vector databases.

• Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
• Proficient with Git and Github Actions for CI/CD processes.
• Experience creating unit tests for LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of Agentic and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design patterns.
• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• 3+ years of industry experience with Python-based ML frameworks.
• Educational Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
