Responsibilities:

• Create efficient and well-structured test cases by analyzing business requirements, software specifications, and design documents.
• Test websites, and mobile applications across different software domains.
• Assure the accuracy of software before release through functional and nonfunctional testing
• Identify, record and report defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
• Verify defect fixes and participate in re-testing and regression cycles.
• Contribute to test documentation, including test cases, reports and release notes.
• Liaise with internal teams (developers, product managers, business analysts. designers) to understand system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Providing constructive feedback to improve functionality, performance, and user experience
• Follow QA best practices defined and actively participate in sprint activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in quality assurance.
• Good knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum process.
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, TestRail or similar.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using tools. (i.e., Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI)
• Attention to detail, responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Strong patience for repetitive work
• Ability to write clear, well-structured test cases.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Hands-on experience in test automation / Performance activities is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to proactively find ways to achieve goals.
