We're a fast growing software company delivering innovative digital solutions across various industries. We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Create clear documentation: user stories, specs, and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Support project planning and delivery tracking Assist in testing and provide post-launch support.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in tech/software.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Visio.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

NICE TO HAVE 

• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
• Domain experience (e.g., fintech, healthcare),
• SQL or data analysis knowledge.
