We’re Hiring: Student Counselor & Program Coordinator.

Location: Colombo 5
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Availability: Must be available to work on weekends (weekday off will be given)
Start Date: Immediate

Colombo Graduate Campus (CGC) is expanding our team! We are looking for energetic, student-focused individuals to join our Colombo branch for the following positions:

1. Student Counselor
Support students in making the right educational choices and provide continuous guidance throughout their learning journey.

Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in education (freshers also encouraged to apply)
Ability to build rapport with students and offer guidance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)

2. Program Coordinator
Oversee academic programs, support faculty, and ensure smooth course delivery and coordination.

Key Requirements:
Prior experience in academic or administrative roles
Strong multitasking and planning skills
Proficiency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a bonus)
Willingness to work full-time on-site, including weekends (weekday off will be provided)
