We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic WordPress Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of WordPress theme and plugin development, responsive design, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites and web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes.
• Create and modify plugins to add custom functionality.
• Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD/Sketch) into responsive WordPress themes.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).
• Collaborate with the design and content team to implement new features.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
• Familiarity with MySQL and database management.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with WooCommerce, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), CPT, etc.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with headless WordPress or REST API.
• Familiarity with hosting environments like cPanel, Plesk, or cloud platforms.
• Basic understanding of website security best practices.
