About the Role

Be the support our customers rely on! As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll assist clients with their queries, provide helpful solutions, and make sure they have the best possible experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed
• Record and update customer interactions in our system
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve our support processes

What We’re Looking For

• Clear communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil a plus)
• Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Eagerness to learn and contribute
