About the Role
Be the support our customers rely on! As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll assist clients with their queries, provide helpful solutions, and make sure they have the best possible experience with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues or escalate as needed
- Record and update customer interactions in our system
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve our support processes
What We’re Looking For
- Clear communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil a plus)
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Eagerness to learn and contribute
