About the Role
Step into the world of client management with Codezela Technologies as a Client Services Intern. You’ll interact with our clients, assist with their requests, and ensure every experience is smooth and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Support the delivery of our services and manage client expectations
• Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, and feedback
• Update client records and service logs
• Help solve issues and escalate when necessary

• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala (English/Tamil a plus)
• Client-focused approach and friendly attitude
