Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp in a friendly, helpful manner
• Assist with outbound communications and follow-up messages to maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately update customer records and conversation logs
• Support day-to-day operations of the customer relations team, including administrative tasks and cross-department coordination
• Share ideas to enhance the customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil is a plus)
• Confident communication skills and a warm, engaging attitude on calls and messages
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
