Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
• Update clients on software progress and follow up on quotes.
• Schedule sessions and keep accurate client records.
• Coordinate with tech teams and manage part orders or custom needs.
• Complete paperwork, and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure smooth delivery and explain completed services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male & Female candidates aged between 20–25 years.
• Must reside within one hour's distance from Ja-Ela.
• Passed G.C.E. O/L or A/L examinations.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office package is essential.
• Should be familiar with-It related works and softwears.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English is required.
• A positive and proactive mindset with a passion for learning.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

EXPERIENCE IN THE IT FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ADDED ADVANCTAGE.
