Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer - Level 1 at CALL IT SUPPORT in Dematagoda. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering exceptional customer service on various IT support tasks.
