We’re Hiring: Software Support Engineer

Are you passionate about technology and love helping others solve problems? Join our team as a Software Support Engineer! 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to users
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Collaborate with dev teams for fixes and improvements
• Ensure a smooth user experience

Skills:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and system issues
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, Freshdesk)
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, or JavaScript)
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Experience with software support or customer service
• Basic knowledge of coding or software systems is a plus
