As a Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain high-quality web applications, translating business requirements into robust code. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation. This role offers opportunities to mentor junior developers and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and Agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Experience We're After

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of experience in web-based application development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Full-stack development experience with Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#), frontend frameworks (React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript), and backend environments (Node js, Express). Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server), and using tools such as Git, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in developing ERP software solutions will be considered a significant advantage.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and robust code.
• Ensure code quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards and development best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, user guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
