As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a critical part of our development process - designing, implementing, and executing test strategies that guarantee quality and reliability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, you'll identify potential issues early and help shape our software to be the best it can be.

Qualifications and Experience We're After

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in manual and automated software testing.
• Proficiency with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in inventory management systems and automation development is a strong plus.
• Holding an ISTQB Foundation Level certification is an added advantage.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on systems involving Inventory Management and contribute to automation framework enhancements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Define and implement testing strategies—manual and automated.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Create, manage, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Track, document, and prioritize bugs; collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Provide regular reports on testing progress, risks, and results.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and QA methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in QA.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality and collaboration.
