Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent qualification from a recognized university
• 2 years or more experience in a similar capacity
• Previous experience in delivering effective training, presentation sessions, preferably related to software products would be an added advantage.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to facilitate interactive sessions with business and functional personnel.
• Proven expertise in working with users and stakeholders to understand and capture software solution needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages will be an advantage
• Experience with data visualization tools will be an advantage.

• Ability to work within deadlines individually and as a team
• Can do attitude with the ability to multitask
• Good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
• Diligent and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to research and quickly adapt relevant new technologies,concepts and features
• Has good time management skills and Organized
• Knowledgeable of Project Management
