Why We Run This Program

We’re a mission-driven team that delivers real-world solutions first, and only then aligns compensation once their impact is clear. This 3‑month workshop is our way to discover motivated security‑minded builders who might become long‑term partners. Think of it as a mutual "trial by building"—you learn, ship features, and decide whether you want to stay; we learn whether we work well together.

 
What You’ll Get

Real Ownership: You’ll be assigned a meaningful tasks and drive it from kick‑off to launch.
One‑on‑One Mentoring: Twice per month fixed sessions with a senior teammate; tailored security guidance, career advice, and a personalised growth roadmap.

What We Expect

• Advanced Python skills (automation, tooling, exploit dev)

3. Mini‑Challenge – A take-home task – complete it at your own pace, followed by feedback and our final decision.

Why Unpaid?

Complex international labour and tax regulations make short‑term paid internships impractical. Instead, we invest time, coaching, tooling, and future upside. If the collaboration works, we transition you to a paid contract or equity/profit‑share role.
