Job Profile:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with setting up and maintaining current templates, providing technical support, and resolving issues within our TPS (Transaction Processing System). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of our systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage errors and validation errors within the TPS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the development team to implement and test system fixes and updates.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of data processed through the TPS.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of errors, fixes, and system updates.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in TPS and related technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in handling and resolving errors and validation errors in a TPS or similar syste
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to think logically and apply this in practice.
- Willing to work according to the Malaysian work calendar.
