Sales Coordinator

Cloud Partners is a growing tech company offering cloud-based software and services to help businesses work more efficiently and achieve their goals. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, mantaining CRM records and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, tracking leads, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and software solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
  • Maintain and update client and lead databases with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor order processing and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Help organize promotional activities and product demos.
  • Handle basic technical queries by directing them to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field
  • Experience in sales support or a similar coordination role
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
