Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
• Basic knowledge of software development principles is required.
• Solid understanding of data structures and strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in software development using Microsoft Power Apps is essential.
• Familiarity with Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Age below 35 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related isstes
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality:
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
• Rasure oyberscurity protocols and data protection policies are followed
• Maintam documentation related to IT systems, procedures, and support activities
• Assist in T-related projeets and upgrades as required
