Requirements: 

• Trouble shooting and continuous support for ERP modules to the end user in terms of technical and functional aspects.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Training system users for all ERP modules
• Testing and issue reporting of all ERP modules
• Documentation related to ERP modules

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and develops technical designs and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.
• Conducts software quality assurance, including testing and analysis, while providing support and training for ERP system users to ensure seamless transitions and user satisfaction.
• Oversees the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes, data security, and compliance with regulations.
• Manages ERP-related projects, including upgrades and integrations, by developing project plans and budgets and coordinating with external vendors and consultants.
• Analyzes data and creates reports to identify trends, ensuring effective data integration across systems and continuous improvement of ERP performance.
