Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain hardware components and systems to meet customer and organizational requirements
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement industrial automation and product inspection solutions.
• Document and report technical issues, maintenance activities and resolutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• A diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Computer Hardware or a related field.
• Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems and product inspection hardware is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel for on-site installations and support as required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
