Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Natural problem solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
