Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in programming, stakeholder management, and team coordination.
Proficiency in software programming.
Inclusion experience (preferred).
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Strong teaching skills and the ability to work independently.
Interest in community service and volunteering.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Tamil.
