We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Engineer with coding skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, as well as practical experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. As a UI/UX Engineer at Lakmini International (Pvt) Ltd, you will have the opportunity to design engaging user interfaces and ensure smooth user experiences for mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs and optimize user experiences.
• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by collaborating with back-end developers.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user behavior, and modern design trends.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to convert design concepts into functional user interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
