Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Handle basic database management and updates.
• Ensure system security, data protection, and backup processes.
• Support IT-related documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Basic IT qualifications (Diploma/Certificate in IT or related field).
• Knowledge of database handling is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an IT role.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently,
• Close proximity to Horana/ Millewa/ Padukka will be preferred.
• Candidate below 28 years of age.
