Responsiblities

• Install and update Point of Sales (POS) machines at customer locations using the Company's internal systems
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the POS systems
• Complete all services and breakdowns assigned within the allocated time period
• Provide a satisfactory customer service
• Coordinate with back office to ensure the 100% customer satisfaction
• Be current with latest technical knowledge and training
• Any other related duties assigned by CBA management

Qualifications

• G.C.E. O/L and any IT related certificate or equivalent
• An understanding on the electronic or software systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professiona and effectively.
