Role Overview:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Google Workspace and Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
• Migrate emails, data, and workflows from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
• Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
• Report on deployment progress, client satisfaction, and system performance.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud 
• Understanding of cloud integration, data migration, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
