Role Overview:
- Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote support tools.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers’ technical needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in technical support or IT support roles.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize support requests.
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
