Role Overview:

  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote support tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers’ technical needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in technical support or IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize support requests.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
