We are looking for an experienced hardware technician for our Malabe Showroom.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience as a hardware technician.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and replacements on components such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM, power supplies, and more.
• Install and configure new hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Set up and test new equipment before delivery to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
• Oversee the daily activities of the showroom, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage the showroom and ensure sales and customer service targets are met.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure the showroom is well-stocked with the latest products, and prepare daily sales and stock reports.
